The Burton-Middlefield Rotary Club presents the 6th Annual "Rotary Ride" run on Sunday, June 26, 2011.
The "Ride" proceeds will be used for the completion of the Geauga County Veterans' Memorial.
The "Ride" will depart from Harrington Square in Middlefield at 10 am. It will be led as usual by Sheriff Dan McClelland and "Midge." They will lead you on a 60 mile trek through scenic Geauga County.
There will be a drive by of the Geauga County Veterans' Memorial.
The ride ends with a complimentary picnic lunch provided by sponsor Dave Harrington.
All registrants should print, fill and sign a registration form. Registration forms and pre-payments can be sent by regular mail as directed on the form. If you register by mail print two copies of the form. Send one with the payment and bring a signed copy to the ride. If you are registering the day of the ride it will save you some time to have a copy of the form filled out ahead of time. If not forms will be available the day of the ride. Online registrations should also print and sign a copy of the form and bring the day of the ride.
Registration is $25.00 and includes the rider, passenger and complimentary lunch.
A DVD will be made of the run by photographer Marty Pesek. For a $20.00 donation you can have a picture of yourself, your passenger and bike taken the day of the ride. It will be included in the DVD. The DVD will be set to patriotic music. You can order a copy of the DVD and get on the picture list by selecting this option during registration.
